A new exciting motorsport pulling association/club is starting up in Missouri! It's going to be named the Missouri Mini Truck & Mini Rod Pullers Association (MMTMRPA). It'll be member/puller-owned and operated, and will be the only pulling association in central Missouri with just classes of mini trucks and big wheel mini rods (with the 18.4-16.1 tires). The MMTMRPA will be operated professionally, like the NTPA and other professional truck and tractor pulling associations, and will be open to all mature, hard-working and responsible adults who wish to share pulling fun, education and public entertainment with other adults alike.

But being there are none to very few medium-size (18,000± lb.) pulling sleds for sale in Missouri, temporary, we plan to possibly rent a sled for all MMTMRPA pulling events, and as our financial situation improve, we may build/construct our own medium-size self-propelled sled for use at all MMTMRPA pulling events. We already have the Agri-Tronix digital measuring system. We thought about purchasing a medium-size pulling sled, but these are rare, especially a self-propelled one, and if we do find one, it might be dilapidated and need major repairs and/or modifications, if these could be made. The sled we plan to build will be a high-quality, nice-looking one that will be nice appearing and function flawlessly. We may also rent our personal sled for use at various events with antique/classic pulling tractors and/or various full size stock competition pulling truck events in Missouri. And besides a sled, we plan to construct a large scale platform for trucks and big wheel mini rods. We already have the accurate electronic load cells and display.

When the time comes, the MMTMRPA rules will be discussed and voted-in by concerned and interested pullers who attend the official MMTMRPA meeting, which will be determined at a later date. Meeting will be open to the public. Pullers of other mini truck and big wheel mini rod pulling associations/clubs are always welcome to attend the MMTMRPA meetings to voice their opinions, vote on the rules and compete at all MMTMRPA pulling events. And to help promote this type of motorsport, local vendors of mini pulling truck and big wheel mini rod parts and products are always welcome to set up a table to sell, swap or trade their products at all MMTMRPA pulling events at no charge by the MMTMRPA. Please contact us if you're interested in participating with the MMTMRPA at future events. Your name and contact information will be placed on our mailing list. Thinking in ways of using the greatest gift this country has to offer: free enterprise, competition, the American way!

Competition mini pulling trucks and big wheel mini rods have always been in big demand and are sought after by many sponsors of county fairs and pulling event facilities everywhere. It's a well-known fact they have always (and may always will) attract a huge and fascinated public spectator audience at all pulling events. These type of pulling vehicles are a real crowd pleaser due to the fact that most people can relate to trucks (and other motorsport vehicles with an automotive engine) simply because many of them own and drive a truck or a vehicle with an automotive engine. Plus, truck pullers and mini rod pullers can compete at a lot more pulling facilities with a huge spectator audience watching. And with mini trucks and big wheel mini rods, the MMTMRPA will undoubtedly acquire a lot of pulling events in Missouri because these type of pulling vehicles are proven to be huge money-makers for the fairs. (Not exaggerating, just stating a well-known fact.)

Nothing tops the entertainment of a mini truck and big wheel mini rod competition pulling event! It just doesn't get any better than this. It's the one of the top of the line motorsports available. While garden pulling tractors and small wheel mini rods (with the 26-12.00x12 tires) is a more or less fill-in entertainment at the fairs and other events due to their low audience/spectator attendance, pulling trucks and big wheel mini rods is the main event, and have always drawn a huge audience or large crowd of spectators with virtually standing room only. As a matter of fact, it would probably cost less or about the same amount to build a competitive mini pulling truck as it would to build a competitive garden pulling tractor or a small wheel mini rod. Moreover, if we acquire a pull with double tracks or a track that's wide enough, the local garden tractor association is welcomed to pull beside us for added entertainment. This will display good sportsmanship on our behalf.

The MMTMRPA pulling truck classes comprise of mini-size pickup trucks with the traditional automotive truck cab and cargo bed, chassis/frame, driveline, rear differential for the two-wheel-drive classes with the 26-12.00x12 bar, lug or turf tread pulling tires, and front and rear differentials for the four-wheel-drive class and with the 26-12.00x12 bar, lug or turf tread pulling tires, and the long-established two-wheel-drive Pro-Street mini pulling truck class with the 31x10.50x15 D.O.T. tires.
